one thing im sure of is this: the way i do things is right and the things i like are good. do i have misjudgments? is there something here or there i get wrong? of course, but also in many ways no never. never at all

"flashing HP bar" type of vibe

(the chili pepper is very precious)
meanwhile in cutscene land it's a
"Hey little man hows it goin?" "yea"
situation
Okay, I really can't fault what they've done with the gameplay.
The megastructures have been transformed from vague flavor elements to terrains of verticality and occlusion. The debris also acts a bit like Nexus: The Jupiter Incident's nav points in the sense of giving you anchors to plan your movement around, but with whole surfaces.
In one mission you camp inside a megastructure, and you spend most of it treating the inside as if it were terrain in Deserts of Kharak??? Also there's sand on the bottom of it for some reason???
There is an option to turn off the terrain move and use only movement discs like HW1 and 2 but you're obviously not meant to do this; the campaign often asks you to move straight up or down and this is miserable to do with the nav discs.
